REQUEST TO ESTABLISH CREDIT WITH SUNCOR
Thank you for inquiring about a credit account with Suncor.
We have an established credit application (168k pdf download) that contains the necessary information we require to complete our customer database in a standardized manner. We request that you complete the form, sign it and mail it back to us. PLEASE NOTE: Every application requires two signatures: on the policy page and at the bank reference information. If you are reselling our product, you will also need to complete and sign the resale certification.
Your application will remain in your permanent file, so we need the original mailed to us as faxes do not always come across clearly and they fade within a short period of time. For time-sensitive applications, it is acceptable to fax back the credit application but your credit will not be established and account will not be set up until the application has been received in the mail.
After we receive your application, a bank reference form will be faxed to you. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FORWARD THIS ON TO YOUR BANK. WE CANNOT CALL YOUR BANK. You need to call them to expedite this final step as we can not extend credit until your bank has responded to our form.
The entire process can be completed within a few days if the above steps are taken and the references are quick to respond.
