2. Approved accounts are payable strictly within 30 days net from date of invoice. Payment received by SUNCOR within 10 days from date of invoice will qualify for a 1% prompt settlement discount, except if such invoice has been based on special pricing.

3. Interest at 1.5% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts. Should legal proceedings and/or collection be necessary, SUNCOR shall be entitled to recover all legal costs, including but not limited to, collection and attorney’s fees and interest.

4. Prices and conditions are based on F.O.B. Plymouth, Massachusetts. All freight is payable at destination, if shipped by road freight, or prepaid and added to the invoice in case of FedEx shipments. SUNCOR will ship by UPS on special request only. Sorry, no consignee billing.

5. Orders with a minimum value of $2,500.00 excluding freight, will be shipped Freight Free anywhere within the continental USA. Please call for approval, some restrictions apply.

6. SUNCOR constantly improves its products. Specifications, especially WLL, are intended as a guide only, as use and applications are outside SUNCOR’s control. They are therefore subject to change without notice, unless SUNCOR has certified the product to the purchaser with a Test and/or Compliance Certificate.

7. All prices are reflected in the current Price List, which is available from SUNCOR separately. SUNCOR reserves the right to change prices without notice should circumstances beyond SUNCOR’s control occur.

8. Returns may be accepted within 10 days without restocking charge. A 15% restocking charge will be deducted from all credits covering returns after 10 days. Special items, cut chain, and returns after 30 days cannot be accepted. Please always obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) for qualifying returns, to avoid refusal of shipment.

9. SUNCOR sells “Wholesale Only” and therefore accepts a minimum order of $50.00, excluding freight.

IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: It is a condition of any sale that ownership of the goods remains the sole property of SUNCOR STAINLESS, INC., until payment has been received. In case of drop shipments, the consignee and the buyer jointly and severally are responsible for the payment of the goods supplied, and SUNCOR STAINLESS, INC. expressly reserves its right to recover full payment from the consignee in case of nonpayment by the buyer.

Suncor Limited Lifetime Warranty Suncor Stainless, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and with normal maintenance for the lifetime of the product. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not run to any subsequent purchaser. If the product fails, we will repair the product or send you a new part free of charge, provided the product has been given reasonable care, has not been used for commercial service, and the damage has not resulted from improper installation, accident, negligence or misuse or from unauthorized alterations by the purchaser. All claims must be made to SUNCOR at the address shown below within thirty (30) days after discovery of the defect. Details on the defect and how the product was used, together with proof of purchase must be included with the defective product, and send to SUNCOR prepaid and insured. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNCOR STAINLESS, INC. BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. SUNCOR STAINLESS DOES NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. This warranty set forth is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. Suncor Stainless, Inc. disclaims any warranty whether expressed or implied, with regard to the products sold by it or any dealer, including any implied warranty of merchantability beyond the scope of the warranty set forth above, and except as may otherwise be prohibited by applicable law.
